Edumate
Edumate is the College’s web-based school management database. It gives students and families access to:
• the College calendar with all relevant events, some of which are colour coded, including sporting
events (green), excursions (purple), assessment tasks (blue), parent events (yellow);
• an Approvals portal for excursions, events and changes to routines.
• a profile for each student in the family;
Primary student profiles contain:
• student details, including photo identification, the student’s house and class teacher;
• PDF copies of both Semester academic reports;
• PDF copies of Semester academic reports from previous years;
• a list of all awards received and 51ÉçÇø Challenge details;
• a list of all disciplinary actions, notifications and parental communications.
Secondary student profiles contain:
• student details, including photo identification, the student’s house and well-being teacher;
• the student’s timetable;
• upcoming tasks and assessment calendar;
• results of recent assessment tasks, including examinations;
• PDF copies of both semester academic reports and interim academic reports;
• PDF copies of all academic reports from previous years;
• a list of all awards received;
• a list of all disciplinary action, notifications and parental communications.
Edumate is accessible to students using their College username and password, and also to parents using their family username and password. Access to the login screen is available through:
